* Acknowledge and greet all residents & their guests with courtesy and customer service.
* Screen all visitors to the building, ensure that they sign in and out.
* Answer all phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
* Sort and organize daily mail for delivery, including packages and supplies.
* Respond to resident questions, requests and needs in a courteous and professional manner.
* Update information center daily, including activities calendar for the day and dining menu.
* Maintain appearance of the surrounding reception and living room area (straighten and arrange pillows, water flowers, etc.)
* Manage the Front Desk calendar and schedule for part-time evening and weekend staff.
* Update Front Desk staff on policy changes and day-to-day developments as needed.
* Serve as main point of contact for Front Desk Receptionist team. We treat our employees like family by offering benefits for growth, health and happiness: Paid holidays, vacation and personal days
