Section 1: Introduction

Section 2: Role Description

Please take the time to understand our business model and how we provide value to our clients and our customers (both internal and external). Please provide 8-12 bullets points outlining the work activities that you will be responsible for. These activities should serve existing or new markets, clients, and/or stakeholders. Note: We operate using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS); understanding this operating model will be helpful in identifying your path to value creation.

Please identify and provide short and long-term KPIs that would be associated with the job description bullets you provide in the previous section.

Section 4: Return on Investment (ROI)

Please define the short and long-term value capture metrics to support mcfas investment in your potential and this role. These should be connected to the KPIs outlined in Section 3.

Section 5: Performance Management

Critical to our ability to evaluate your performance against this new role, and to provide evaluative and developmental feedback, please provide the performance management structure and content that most effectively reflect this role. Note: this will be considered in addition to the Quarterly Conversations/Reviews that mcfa currently provides all Team Members.
