Dental hygienist

Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, to prevent decay and maintain gum health.
Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral health and systemic wellness.
Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and reviewing medical histories.
Imaging: Capture high-quality dental radiographs for diagnostic review by the dentist.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement personalized periodontal treatment plans.
Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict adherence to all sterilization, infection control, and OSHA safety standards.

part-time $55 - $58 per hour

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Skills: Excellent clinical proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and patient assessment.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ethics: A strong commitment to patient confidentiality and high ethical standards of care.
Mindset: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to patient education and clinic workflow.

Experience: Previous experience in a general dental practice setting is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic clinicians of all levels.
Software: Proficiency with modern dental practice management software and digital charting.
Clinical Versatility: Experience in utilizing advanced periodontal therapy tools and techniques.
