RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Gastroenterologist for employment at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Gastroenterologist to join a successful system with opportunity for program development and support from a robust referral base.

All gastroenterology procedures will be conducted at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center directly. Based in Newark NJ, this opportunity is extremely close in proximity to New York City. Just 16 miles outside of the city lights, Essex County encompasses beautiful suburban neighborhoods and top school districts, plus access to museums, fine dining, and great shopping!

As the largest integrated health care delivery system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health offers competitive compensation and a robust benefits package including health, life, disability and malpractice insurance, 401k/retirement, plus PTO and added time off for CME.

We are open to new graduates as well as experienced physicians! Please note that current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the residency stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of residency!

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $495,000 to $775,000 per year.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
