LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for 75 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.

● We believe in a work-life balance. Duties Full time position (40 hrs.) available at LADACIN Network’s Residential Facility in Neptune, NJ. Responsibilities include direct supervision of personal assistant staff, managing staff and client schedules and on-call responsibilities, and caring for 6 individuals with physical and multiple developmental disabilities. Requirements Valid NJ driver's license required. Experience with DDD Population. Must be a team player with good communication skills, organized, flexible, reliable, and computer literate. New college grads welcome. Sign-on Bonus- $1,000
