About the Role:

The CPFR Planner is a customer facing role and is part of the Replenishment Planning team within the Customer Logistics organization of Ferrero US Supply Chain. In additional to customer facing responsibilities, the CPFR team plays an integral role as a cross functional liaison with our Sales, Sales Forecasting, and Commercial Planning teams. The Replenishment Planning team owns and manages the everyday (EVD) assortment planning and replenishment process for key accounts to ensure the delivery of our forecasts, in-stock metrics, and On-time In-full (OTIF) objectives.

This customer-facing role is focused on the management of the everyday (EVD) portfolio assortment for Kroger. Key role responsibilities include monitoring in-stocks, shipment and consumption trends, reviewing customer inventory levels, and recommending replenishment settings and forecast adjustments to the customer teams. Additional customer facing responsibilities include leading joint business plan (JBP) discussions, addressing supply chain trends, as well as fostering direct customer partnerships that together, pursue continuous improvement opportunities to optimize customer performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contributes to and/or leads multiple customer facing meetings including Joint Business Plans, Replenishment Updates, Supplier Certifications, Business Reviews, Distributor Reviews, Task Force Sessions (as needed)
• Plays a vital role supporting Gross Sales Value (GSV) growth and driving operational efficiencies working jointly with the Account Team Lead and Demand and Planning teams.
• Collaborate with the customer to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvements.
• Effectively influence replenishment settings inventory management policies that maximize product availability at the location level, while balancing product in the supply chain.
• While focused on EVD assortment, knowledge of seasonal activations and tentpoles that will impact the EVD business will also be key to this role’s success.
• Innovation absorption into EVD replenishment planning via partnership with Account Manager and Trade Marketing post distribution and velocity stabilization.
• Implement and drive CPFR process improvements through cross-functional collaboration as well as partnering with customers to drive achievement of Supply Chain metrics and account level replenishment KPIs.
• Conduct detailed analytics on order and supply chain issues utilizing advanced systems and process excellence tools and partnership with the Ferrero Customer Service team.
• Work collaboratively with focus customer, internal customer sales team, as well as Ferrero US Sales and Supply Chain organizations with a focus on improving customer forecast accuracy, achieving customer service level and inventory goals, and driving the qualitative and quantitative customer forecast through operations.
• Lead internal and customer facing taskforce teams.
• Lead and/or participate in customer facing Joint Business Plan meetings.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales Planning, Forecasting, or Demand Planning (CPG Preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills – raw data manipulation across multiple sources and reporting development.
• Comfort and ability to navigate interaction with Senior Leadership and Customer Leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Develops and maintains positive cross-functional relationships.
• Solution oriented.
• Effective time management; maximize productivity to meet critical monthly check-points.
• Kroger / Grocery channel experience a plus.

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $74,263 - $99,017 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
