Job Description:

This will be for a MOVEit administrator for the MOVEit team. The MOVEit service handles secure and automated file transfers for projects throughout CONDUENT using the Progress products, MOVEit Automation and MOVEit Transfer. Most of the work will be handling service tickets as they are submitted that deal with account creation, password resets, task creation and modifications of file transfers and troubleshooting.

Other Requirements/Skills:

This Information Management Specialist will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration of the MOVEit Transfer and MOVEit Automation applications. This will include the creation and/or modification of MOVEit Automation tasks, creation and/or deletion of MOVEit Transfer accounts, and general troubleshooting. There will also be some general Windows administration required in this role. The candidate should also have understanding of FTP/SFTP, and basic through intermediate understanding of networking and server inter-connectivity (including familiarity with several communication troubleshooting techniques).

The candidate must a have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and as a member of the Enterprise Applications team will be assigned full time to existing and new MOVEit Environments, i.e., Shared Services, Health Enterprise, and other projects. Assignments to the project will be long term, to support a project through the entire development/testing cycle and support in production.

Typical work hours will be weekdays 8 am ET – 5 pm ET though this schedule is subject to change based on project requirements. There will also be a requirement for on-call support during the weekends and off hours.

3+ Years of total work experience

Support responsibilities will be provided in the areas of:

MOVEit Automation

• Host creation and configuration, including use of SSH key authentication
• Simple and advanced tasks creation; use of PGP encryption
• Troubleshooting techniques for FTP/SFTP protocol/clients
• Application tuning and troubleshooting
• Basic familiarity with Windows server 2019 and above; required for troubleshooting application-level failures

MOVEit Transfer

• Account, folder creation
• Authentication configuration and methodology
• Troubleshooting techniques for Secure FTP server (SFTP and protocols)
• Application tuning and troubleshooting
• Windows server 2019 and above; required for troubleshooting application-level failures
• Project liaison during the entire system development life cycle, including documenting the results of the project
• Production support and release deployment
• Training and knowledge transfer

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,894 - $111,550
