Financial Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness and excellence of assigned TMG operations. This role involves a full range of activities including creating and revising reports, assisting with business reviews, designing workflows, and supporting special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Operations by creating and revising monthly/quarterly reports.
- Assist in conducting quarterly/annual business reviews using MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Develop Power Point presentations for special projects within the operation.
- Coordinate monthly training for all TMG Associates through corporate VLC and track completions.
- Design and document workflows under the direction of Operations Management.
- Create and distribute client surveys, and compile results using Excel.
- Utilize macros and advanced Excel functions including Pivot Tables, vlookups, and slicers.
- Display creativity in PowerPoint presentations, including experience with Slidemaster.
- Undertake other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with macros and advanced Excel functions is required
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (experience with Macros/Power BI preferred), PowerPoint (strong presentation build-out skills), Outlook, Visio, and Adobe Suite (desired but not mandatory).
- Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
- Demonstrated sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills at all levels in a diverse and fast-paced working environment..
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
