About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to help our clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

• Implementing behavioral interventions and collecting data to track progress

• Collaborating with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services

• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track client progress

• Communicating with parents and caregivers to provide updates and recommendations

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients with ASD in a variety of settings, including in-clinic, in-home, and community-based environments

• Implement behavioral interventions, including positive reinforcement and behavioral skills training

• Collect and record data to track client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions

• Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certification and improve skills
