Required skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience deploying networks that include Switching, Routing, Firewalls, VPN, and Wireless (Cisco Nexus preferred, Cisco ACI a plus)
- Experience with LAN and WAN
- Planning, design and integration of complex networks
- Consolidating, moving data centers
- Design, implement and document systems
- Day to day troubleshooting
- Must have Data Center Interconnect Knowledge
- Analyzes traffic and workload for optimum network performance to ensure organization's objectives are met
- Must be able to take lead/ownership and drive initiatives without guidance
- Very strong communication and professional skills
- Firewall experience (Palo Alto preferred, ASA a plus)
- Routing experience (ASR routers, BGP, EIGRP)
- Load Balancing experience (F5 LTM/GTM preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Visio documentation skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Computer Science or related field
- Great attitude and good communication skills
