Part-Time Graphics Coordinator
Overview /Objective:
Position will be primarily graphics asset management. It will also involve occasionally scanning/cleaning images for use in our shows. It requires a detail-oriented person with meticulous organizational skills and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator After Effects and Premiere.
Responsibilities:
- Technical review for correct format codec image size based on use or venue
- Confirm naming and version number of graphic elements
- Media Management of graphic elements and assets
- Manage file uploads and downloads file distribution and fulfillment of finished work works in progress source content or any content required in the creation of graphics
- Manage the archive and retrieval of graphic media across multiples tiers of storage as required
- Liaison between the graphics department and all internal departments and external vendors regarding the status of the job assets deadlines technical specs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or college diploma in coordination/project management.
- Basic understanding of Graphics Production or Post Production experience.
- A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After-Effects Premiere)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of equivalent experience
- Knowledge of image scanning and cleanup
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus
