We are currently hiring a full-time Pest Control Tech to join our dedicated team. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $17 - $22/hour , depending on experience and licensing, along with a robust benefits package that includes:

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to perform physical demands of the position
• Strong customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or another skilled trade
• Pesticide Applicator License and/or licensure in specific categories
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PEST CONTROL TECH

As a Pest Control Tech, your workday begins at 7:30 AM and continues until you've completed your assigned route . Some overtime may be required, depending on the day's workload.

Each morning, you'll start your day by preparing for your route with a company-provided vehicle fully equipped with the tools needed to address a variety of pest control challenges. Your responsibilities will include driving to customer locations, conducting thorough property inspections, identifying issues, and implementing effective treatment solutions. Throughout the day, you'll engage with customers, providing education on preventive measures and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. By the end of the day, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you've created safer, more comfortable environments for families and businesses.
