Key Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to understand their financing and insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers.
• Secure financing through various lenders and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to financing.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers.
• Maximize dealership profitability by effectively managing finance and insurance operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to vehicle financing and insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and transparent buying experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending practices, and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using finance-related software and dealership management systems.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
