Lake Hopatcong, NJ | Onsite
A growing civil engineering organization is seeking a Project Engineer with strong land development experience to support engineering design, construction layouts, and site development projects.
This onsite opportunity offers $61,000-$90,000 and is ideal for candidates with hands-on AutoCAD experience supporting land development engineering projects involving roads, drainage, utilities, grading, and construction layouts.
Responsibilities:
- Support land development engineering and site design projects
- Create and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist surveyors and support construction layout activities
- Prepare plans involving grading, drainage, roads, and utility systems
- Support project coordination and engineering documentation
- Ensure accuracy and quality of engineering drawings and layouts
Requirements:
- Land development engineering experience
- Strong AutoCAD experience specific to land development
- Experience supporting roads, drainage, utilities, grading, and construction layouts
- Ability to produce accurate engineering drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred:
- Surveying support experience
- Civil site development background
Compensation & Details:
- $61,000-$90,000 compensation range
- Full-time onsite role
