Wildlife Technician

Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 per year (based on licensing, experience, and commissions).

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, dependable, and ready to learn. Experience is welcome, but we will train the right person who’s eager to get started in a hands-on, outdoor career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visiting residential and commercial clients to inspect, trap, and relocate wildlife.
• Performing exclusion and repair work in attics, crawl spaces, and other structures.
• Climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and handling varying weather conditions.
• Ensuring jobs are completed thoroughly with pride in workmanship.
• Communicating clearly with customers and maintaining a professional appearance.

What You’ll Need:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong ethics, dependability, and self-motivation.
• General handyman or construction experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Attention to detail for trapping and inspections.
• Basic math skills for service and sales-related calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

• 8 to 10-hour shifts.
• On-call availability.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.

Supplemental Pay:
