Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg (CWR)

Location: Brick, NJ (ZIP 08724)

Hours: 36 hours per week | 12 hours per day | 3 days per week

Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Every other weekend required (Saturday & Sunday) | Holiday rotation (Labor Day or July 4th) | No on-call | Floating required

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will evaluate patients, assist physicians with patient care, and deliver patient-centered nursing interventions aligned with the professional nursing practice model.

• Evaluate patients and support physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic care.

• Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care based on patient needs.

• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and prioritize care through clinical judgment.

• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.

• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.

• Document care according to standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.

• Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovations in care delivery.

• Provide holistic, patient-centric care.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of recent, strong Med-Surg experience .

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN).

• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey .

• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification (required).
