Remote Medical Claims Denial & AR Specialist (5+ Years Experience)
J&S Billing and Consulting, a New Jersey–based medical billing company, is seeking an experienced remote professional skilled in medical claim denials, AR follow-up, and appeals . This role focuses on investigating denials, identifying root causes, and ensuring accurate, timely reimbursement.
What You’ll Do:
- Research, resolve, and appeal denied claims
- Communicate effectively with payers and clients
- Identify and report denial trends and underpayments
- Ensure compliance with payer rules and CPT/ICD-10 coding standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in medical claim denial management and AR
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in billing software and payer portals
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality
