We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to expand our reach, strengthen referral relationships, and drive revenue growth across our service areas.
Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic initiatives to enhance revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, marketing, and business strategy within the residential restoration industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with insurance companies, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients, referral sources, and community stakeholders.
- Market Expansion: Research and analyze local markets to uncover opportunities for brand growth and competitive positioning.
- Sales Execution: Develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements to prospective partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business development initiatives with service capabilities and company goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, track sales pipelines, and prepare regular reports on progress against growth targets.
- Community Engagement: Represent Northeast PowerDry at networking events, industry trade shows, and community functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the residential restoration industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the residential restoration market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
