Compensation: Pay Rate: $58.00
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional Associate Administrator for support. This role operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days onsite per week.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and related tools
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
• Prepare travel itineraries and related documentation
• Negotiate with vendors and review contracts for event planning
• Maintain records of standard correspondence and draft replies to routine inquiries
• Manage telephone and voicemail communications, relay messages as needed
• Prepare and manage travel and expense reports
• Provide general administrative support including ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, organizing office moves, and liaising with facilities
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with Human Resources
This is a dynamic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong administrative background. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
