CNA/CHHA Assisted Living PRN/PT

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled CNAs or CHHAs to join our team on a PRN (pro re nata, or as-needed) and/or part-time basis, contributing to the quality of life of our residents.

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide exemplary care to our residents in our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a positive environment while addressing the physical, social, and emotional needs of our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including, but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and build a rapport with residents to ensure they feel comfortable and secure.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive continuum of care.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist with resident mobility and transportation as needed.
• Support residents in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Prior experience in an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate nature with a high level of patience.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work on a PRN basis, including weekends and holidays if needed.
