STAFFING SPECIALIST
Bilingual Staffing Specialist – Hamilton, NJ
Salary: $42,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends)
Location: Branch Office Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our Hamilton branch office. This internal, office-based role supports recruiting, onboarding, and employee coordination while working closely with clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates (job postings, walk-ins, calls, referrals)
- Extend job offers and explain job expectations
- Communicate with candidates by phone, email, and in person
- Visit client sites as needed
- Maintain candidate records and schedules in internal systems and Excel
- Support team recruiting and placement goals
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of customer service, admin, or office experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred: Live within 25 miles of Hamilton
