🩺 Position Highlights

• Provide individualized care to a pediatric client throughout the school day

• Monitor health status, administer medications, and support daily activities

• Document care thoroughly and communicate with school staff and families

• Respond to medical needs or emergencies with professionalism and calm

• Work collaboratively with a supportive care team and clinical supervisors

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Current LPN license in the State of New Jersey (Required)

• Valid CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)

• Ability to work independently in a school-based setting

• Reliable transportation to and from the client’s location

• Comfortable in pet-friendly environments, if applicable

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric experience (home care, school nursing, or clinical pediatrics)

• Familiarity with G-tubes, trach, or ostomy care

• Basic proficiency with technology (email, mobile charting apps, etc.)
