Executive Assistant - FB + Google Ads Experience Required

This starts **part-time (5 hours/day)**, but this is **not a small role**.
I own a **marketing agency**, actively run marketing for **5+ companies**, and am leading another marketing company in parallel. This role sits at the **center of multiple businesses**, with real exposure to paid ads, operations, and decision-making.
If you perform well, this role can:
* Move to **full-time after the first month**
* Come with **bonuses, pay increases, and expanded responsibility**
* Grow into a **key operator role**, not just support
This is a **long-term opportunity**, not a gig.
## What You’ll Be Doing
* Support and organize operations across **Facebook Ads + Google Ads**
* Assist with ad accounts, reporting, assets, and workflows
* Handle executive-level admin (calendar, follow-ups, documentation)
* Coordinate between ads, CRM, and internal systems
* Proactively identify issues and suggest solutions
* Help bring structure and clarity to fast-moving businesses
This role requires **thinking, prioritizing, and problem-solving**, not just task execution.
## REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Non-Negotiable)
You **must already have**:
* **Hands-on experience with BOTH:**
* Facebook Ads
* Google Ads
* (roughly a 50/50 mix — not “basic familiarity”)
* **Executive assistant or admin/operations experience**
* Experience supporting **business owners or leadership**
* Background in **marketing, sales, or B2B companies**
* **Excellent spoken and written English**
* Strong organization and follow-through
