Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Work with the client's new Enterprise Brand Rollout for FY26 and FY27 and other business critical projects / campaigns as needed, including backup support for Social Commerce (existing role); working under the guidance of the client's Program Manager and Deloitte Program Manager along with business stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior clients to assess their current solutions, identifying opportunities and recommending a target state
  • Evaluate emerging vendor solutions in investment management and cultivate relationships with those most relevant to our clients needs
  • Design, plan and oversee the implementation of strategic investment management solutions including operating model, process reengineering, technical design and development
  • Be a leader in defining the investment management platform of the future combining man and machine
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

Qualifications

Required
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 4+ years of experience with various financial technology packages
  • 4+ years of experience in overseeing the quality of deliverables and effective client relationship management
  • Experience with marketing strategy, marketing operations, or Martech
  • Experience in analyzing business processes to diagnose challenges and improvement areas, developing and presenting strategic recommendations to address business problems
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred
  • Financial Services Industry knowledge (understanding of Front, Middle and Backoffice processes)
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Jersey City NJ, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York state, Washington State, and Washington, DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to {insert location} and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,000 to $134,300.
