About Our Customer

A leading online marketplace for buying and selling authentic sneakers, streetwear, collectibles, electronics, and luxury accessories. Our customer has revolutionized the secondary market by combining a transparent and data-driven approach, giving buyers and sellers real-time market prices based on actual transaction data. They are currently seeking a Site Lead to oversee the staffing crew in their distribution center.

Worksite approximately a 30-minute commute from Newark, NJ.

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do

Administrative (20%)

• Serve as a customer liaison for new work orders and special projects, coordinating staffing as needed.
• Occasionally recruit and hire new associates
• Manage the scheduled cleaning tasks by their assigned frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Ensure labor hours are accurately reported in the timekeeping software.
• Ensure that staffing associates have the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and that it is used properly.
• Perform and document monthly safety tailgate trainings.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation guidelines and safety standards.
• Inspect areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Janitorial (70%)

• Perform warehouse sanitation activities along with the employees to help the customers production.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks on time
• Sweep and mop warehouse floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms and restrooms.
• Manage waste, including keeping garbage containers clean and organized
• Follow safety guidelines
• Refill supplies at eating stations as needed.
• Keep up with housekeeping inventory
• Perform other cleaning duties as needed

What You Need to Qualify

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of previous experience in supervision
• Conversational Spanish is required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
• Timekeeping experience.
• Good interpersonal skills with a polite demeanor toward staff and clients.
• What Will Help You Stand Out
• Previous experience in recruiting is a plus.
• Experience in a warehouse environment a plus.

What Physical Activities Will You Do?

• Constant (80%) standing and walking during workday.
• Frequent (50%) pushing, pulling, grasping, stretching, bending, twisting, reaching over head.
• Occasional (30%) stooping, climbing, and squeezing.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
