About the Internship:
We are seeking a motivated Motion Design Intern to join our team. This is an unpaid internship designed for students who are passionate about marketing and eager to gain real-world experience in the fintech industry.

This internship will equip interns with foundational knowledge in Marketing and develop their professional, analytical, and collaborative capabilities in a real-world business environment.

This internship is based at our Jersey City office. Remote work is not available. Academic credit may be arranged in coordination with your institution if applicable.

Requirements

What You’ll Learn & Do:

• Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, bringing creative ideas to life through movement.
• Practice designing and animating motion assets using fundamentals like composition, typography, and pacing—including titles, captions, and text overlays.
• Develop skills in creating and animating layouts, concepts, and complex graphic elements.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to understand how consistent visual design is built across projects.
• Participate in brainstorms, reviews, and feedback sessions to learn how to iterate quickly and improve creative quality.
• Gain experience designing and animating UI/UX elements and transitions for product demo videos.
• Build strong production habits by organizing files, managing versions, and preparing assets for handoff in a real workflow.

What You Bring:

• Current student in Designer, Graphic designer, Marketing, Editor, Animator or related field. 1–2 years of experience in motion design (internship experience counts)
• Strong portfolio showing motion design work
• Familiarity with motion design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, etc.)
• Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography
• Design high quality motion graphics for a wide range of video, including sizzle reels, recap videos, native content
• Animate infographics, icons, and data visuals, including charts & graphs
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
