As Arcade Manager, you’ll keep our games, team, and guest experience firing on all cylinders—so every visit feels like a win. You’ll lead daily arcade operations, coach and schedule associates, oversee cash-handling and point-of-sale accuracy, and keep the floor clean, safe, and ready for play. You’ll coordinate game uptime with vendors/tech support, manage inventory and prize redemption, and use sales/traffic insights to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
Required skills/qualifications :- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Excellent Guest Experiences, strong communication skills for guest of all ages
- Ability to supervise the work of others
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to analyze staffing needs for optimal arcade operations
- Ability to use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail and database software
- Knowledge of the latest Family Entertainment Centers and arcade trends in the market
- Work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent education
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
- One-year related experience in an arcade
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Goals:
- Meeting and exceeding arcade sales targets through effective management and customer engagement
Staff Management:
- Hiring, training, and supervising hourly staff to ensure they are well-trained and provide excellent service
- Goal setting with direct reports
Arcade Operations:
- Maintaining arcade games, ensuring they are in good working order, and restocking prizes and supplies
- Maintain visual "show" appearance of arcade with strong attentions to detail
Inventory Management:
- Managing prize inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the arcade's prize store is well-stocked
Financial Management:
- Managing cash flow, reconciling game payouts, and completing audits to track sales and expenses
Maintenance and Repair:
- Inspects and monitors the condition of arcade and attractions to ensure safe and proper operation; Coordinates with the arcade techs to maintain the arcade
- Performing minor machine repairs and troubleshooting and coordinating with game technicians for larger repairs
Safety, Security and Loss Prevention:
- Implementing measures to minimize theft and ensure a safe environment for customers and employees
- Ensure safety rules and regulations are adhered to by patrons and staff according to established policies and laws for the wellbeing of all
Promoting Organization and Cleanliness:
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized arcade environment, ensuring that games are in good working order and that prizes are well displayed
Communication:
- Communicating effectively with customers and employees and providing clear instructions and guidance
Reporting:
- Preparing accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
