We have a new opportunity for a full-time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator! (Must be licensed in NJ). This position is full-time, offering great opportunity to work in a 5 star community among a top rated leadership team!

Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications : BS/BA degree required
MA degree preferred
NJ LNHA license required
Skill(s): Listening, verbal, writing and visual skills, strong computer competencies
Experience:
Required : Minimum of three (3) years experience as an Assistant Administrator or
Administrator within a nursing home environment
Age specific competencies: Geriatric Special Populations
Preferred: Five (5) years experience in Administration within a nursing home facility
General Responsibilities:
1. To establish, structure and organize a functional management system for Crane’s Mill
2. To establish, structure and organize the highest practical level of care and delivery of service for residents of Crane’s Mill
3. To ascertain and select valid department/division, approve qualified directors, delegate functions and responsibilities and monitor for effectiveness to provide highest level of services and health program.
4. To establish and provide a system for monitoring, evaluating, upgrading and maintaining Crane’s Mill, assuring compliance with all policy, regulations, and accreditation standards.
5. To maintain an appropriate profile in the community through public relations, civic events, advertising and networking in the health care industry.
6. To affirm by performance a dedicated commitment to consistently address changing concepts and new techniques and innovations.
7. To affirm a well-established institution within Crane’s Mill agency as a leading

progressive force dedicated to providing health care for the infirmed and elderly.
8. To propagate and uphold the tenets and philosophy established by Crane’s Mill.
9. Accurately, concisely and timely complete assignments as delegated by the Executive Director of LSMNJ at Crane’s Mill.
10. Actively demonstrate concern for safety and security of residents and staff and maintain safety policies per regulations.
11. Retain current required licensure and attend outside continuing education programs, seminars, conferences and agency functions.
12. Develop, implement and monitor effective QA programs and develop appropriate operating plans and objectives of Crane’s Mill.
13. Coordinate and oversee all medical and contract services to best serve residents of Crane’s Mill
14. Oversee labor negotiations, bargaining and contracts at Crane’s Mill.
15. Actively develop, implement and monitor capital and operational budgets.
16. Review financial statement to define variances and changes.
17. Ensure leadership, accountability and performance is developed and monitored in each department of Crane’s Mill.
18. Maintain a professional attitude and serve as a role model for Crane’s Mill.
19. Maintain the spiritual aspect of Crane’s Mill under which the institution was founded.
