Forklift Operator

Staff Management Group is seeking a Forklift Operator for our client in Monroe Township, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $18 - $19 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to handle the safe movement of materials throughout the warehouse. This role involves loading, unloading, and transporting products while maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring all safety procedures are followed. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility
• Move products between storage areas, racks, and loading zones
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts as needed
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of forklift experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
