As we move into a growth phase, we at Alloy Personal Training in Saddle River & Old Tappan are seeking dedicated, empathetic, and driven Part-Time Personal Trainers to join our team of professionals . Our mission goes beyond offering clients a better, more fulfilling life through fitness and coaching. Our independent, locally owned studios are led by knowledgeable and supportive fitness professionals, committed not just to the success of the studio, but to each client and staff member.

Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Support members in their fitness journey through training and education
  
• Provide a positive member experience by actively listening to each clients’ goals and concerns
  
• Instruct clients during personal training sessions on safe and effective use of training equipment
  
• Provide floor assistance when needed to ensure safety and education
  
• Promote and sell personal training programs and services
  

Successful Candidates Must Have :

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• 3+ years of fitness experience preferred
  
• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification Required (will recognize other state certifications)
  
• Outgoing, inquisitive personality
  
• Genuine dedication and passion to helping people achieve their fitness and health goals
  
• Love for fitness and health with a commitment to living and promoting a healthy lifestyle
  
• Enthusiasm and positivity to inspire clients and staff daily
  
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and help foster a supportive team culture
  
• Willingness and ability to serve our clientele with exceptional care and attention
  
• Outgoing, inquisitive personality
  
• BA in Kinesiology/Exercise Science preferred but not required
