We are a dentist recruiting company working with a dental practice is seeking an associate dentist. They are seeking a full time dentist but would consider part time as well.

They have an excellent staff to support their dentists. The offices is all up to date with paperless charting, digital x-rays, and latest in endo and implant equipment.

Procedures required would be anterior and premolar root canal, simple extractions. Dentist can perform more advanced procedures if they are proficient in them and would like to perform them. For example complex extractions, socket preservation, implant placement.

They are offering a very competitive daily guarantee and percentage of collections. They have an excellent and well trained staff to support the dentists. They can also offer great mentoring and collaborating with the other dentist.

The office is approximately about 60% PPOs, 30% HMOs and 10% FFS. They have an experienced team of assistants and hygienists.

Associate Dentist Responsibilities:
Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
Providing dental treatments to patients.
Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
Full clinical autonomy

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
