Industrial Mechanic
DUTIES:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Fabricate and install new parts as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
- Perform field service visits to address equipment issues on-site
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
- Must have Welding experience TIG and Fusion welding.
- Industrial Machine Mechanic for a full-time position in our shop. Tasks include but not limited to:
- Machinery assembly / trouble shooting / rebuilding
- Blueprint reading
- Steel Grinding / polishing (stainless and carbon)
- Hydraulic assembly / troubleshooting (Must)
- Machining various parts
- Bearing installation/replacement
- Seal assembly (mechanical / lip / packing)
- Gearbox assembly / trouble shooting / rebuilding
- Shaft/motor/gearbox alignment
- Limited electrical wiring (motor/switches)
- Must have driver's license.
