Porter / Groundskeeper (Contract)

Pay:$18/hour
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Porter/Groundskeeperfor a contract position at a property in Wharton, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a community clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and walkways
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure property curb appeal is upheld daily
- Support on-site maintenance and management teams
Requirements
- Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
