Plus, we’re offering a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500. * $200 a month car allowance towards the purchase or lease of any new Lincoln, Volvo or Polestar What We’re Looking For: * Certified Lincoln or Ford Technician (all levels encouraged to apply). * Proven track record in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance. * Ability to provide efficiency, quality, and fixed-first-visit scores (so we can appreciate your skillset fully). * Eagerness to grow and continually improve within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Qualifications & Requirements: * Valid driver’s license. * Proof of current Lincoln/Ford certification (we’re excited to see the levels you’ve achieved). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
