Sales & Marketing Specialist

Staff Management Group is seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist for our client in Elizabeth, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift
• Monday – Thursday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
• Friday: 8:30AM – 1PM or 2PM (depending on business needs)

Pay Rate:

• $25 / hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone to support our client's online / e-commerce business. This person will be responsible for uploading product information to client web portals (similar to how sellers manage products on Amazon).

Job Responsibilities:

• Upload product images, descriptions, and item numbers to client e-commerce portals/websites.
• Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly.
• Maintain and update online product catalogs as items change or new SKUs are added.
• Track and organize product data using Excel.
• Generate and analyze reports in Excel to support sales, inventory, and product performance.

Job Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and work with pivot tables.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized when working with large amounts of data.
• Comfortable working in online portals / e-commerce systems (experience with Amazon or similar platforms is a plus).
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently.
