Job Details

• Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

• Location: Vineland, NJ 08360

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using modern technical and administrative tools
• Assist as a secondary customer greeter near the Service Drive when available
• Stay updated with technical publications and workshop systems including Service Comm and Asist terminals
• Perform safe and reliable vehicle service, aiming for first-time repair success
• Thoroughly address all original customer concerns before recommending additional services
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs per manufacturer and local guidelines
• Return vehicles to customers clean or cleaner than received
• Participate in required factory or in-house training programs
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, attaching appropriate shop forms to repair orders
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Maintain punctuality, a professional appearance, and clean uniform daily
