Looking to join a purpose-driven, operationally focused, team making a positive impact?

As a Shipping Specialist, you'll play a pivotal part in our Solar Distribution Operations while:

• Processing the timely and complete shipment of our products;
• Coordinating appointments with carriers, outside vendors, and our fleet drivers; and
• Ensuring that order staging is complete on time for pick up.
• Investigating receiving and shipping concerns
• May perform distribution duties as directed

Your role will be very hands-on; you'll collaborate with team members to accurately process shipping transactions, track missing shipments, and prepare reporting and correspondence. Your role extends beyond day-to-day tasks; you'll contribute to finding root causes and helping develop solutions. As safety is our priority, you'll also be an active participant in our safety program.

If you're ready to play a part in bringing clean energy to the world and have:

• 2+ years of experience with Distribution shipping practices, and operations and handling methods
• Experience with Hazmat & international shipping practices preferred
• Proven customer service experience
• Experience with various systems like Warehouse Management System, Transportation Management System, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• An ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds repeatedly without assistance
