Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expand existing business while developing new opportunities through sales, product marketing, and customer support.
• Familiarity with US Customs Bonded Container Freight Station (CFS) processes is required; a background in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding may also be considered.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and leads.
• Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and highly motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Maintain clear communication with both internal and customer operations teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations.
• Ensure services consistently meet customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
• Perform other tasks as needed and assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in CFS, NVOCC, or Freight Forwarding sales or high-level operations, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Strategic sales skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a professional demeanor.
• Capable of preparing and presenting accurate pricing to potential clients.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and operations.
• Collaborate effectively with sales and operational teams in a team-selling environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Ability to travel as required.
