Data Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture that supports business strategy and growth.

• Develop data models , data lakes , and data warehouses for both structured and unstructured data.

• Establish and enforce data governance , security , and compliance frameworks across the organization.

• Evaluate and recommend data storage , processing , and management technologies (SQL/NoSQL, cloud platforms, etc.).

• Lead data integration , migration , and ETL initiatives across diverse systems and platforms.

• Collaborate with engineering , business intelligence (BI) , and analytics teams to ensure data accessibility and flow efficiency.

• Monitor and optimize database performance , scalability , and security .

• Ensure compliance with GDPR , HIPAA , CCPA , and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Stay current with emerging data technologies , tools, and industry best practices to continually improve data capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Modeling .

• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS (Redshift) , Azure (Synapse) , and GCP (BigQuery, Snowflake) .

• Expertise in Big Data technologies and Analytics platforms .

• Solid understanding of ETL and Data Integration processes.

• Knowledge of data governance , metadata management , and data security frameworks .

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
