- Familiarity with transcription tools and digital scheduling platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication with a knack for drafting and editing documents.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Discretion in handling sensitive governance affairs and strong decision-making capabilities.
