Staff Management Group is seeking a Packer for our client in Rockaway, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: 6:45PM – 7AM

Pay Rate:

• $18 / hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packer to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves stocking, sorting, and preparing items for packaging machine operations while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a semi-cold or warm environment, open to overtime, and able to keep up with production demands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stock and sort items to support packaging machine operations
• Replenish packaging supplies such as bags for sleeves, boxes, labels, and tape
• Inspect products for quality and remove any defective items
• Maintain a steady workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all production and safety guidelines
• Assist with additional packaging or production tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-speed production environment
• Must be open to working overtime
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Dependable and able to follow instructions
