Client Care Specialist Needed with Great Benefits!

The Client Care Specialist position involves entering patient data, patient scheduling, and payment collection in an EMR system. Candidate must project a warm, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor with clients and team members. Candidates should be comfortable explaining health insurance benefits, answering phones, scheduling, and multitasking.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Greet patients upon arrival at the clinic
• Collect new patient intake information and track referrals
• Manage patient scheduling
• Coordinate evaluations, appointment reminders, and cancellations
• Verify insurance, track covered/non-covered visits, and take copayments
• Send paperwork to insurance carriers for coordination of benefits
• Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment
• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and help coworkers when necessary
• Positive and empathetic attitude, willingness to help patients in pain
• Team player who can work in harmony with others
