Join a full-service law firm as a Paralegal specializing in Family Law for Mt Laurel, NJ office. This role supports attorneys by managing case documents, conducting legal research, and facilitating client communication in family law matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents and pleadings related to family law cases
- Manage case files and ensure accuracy and completeness of case documentation
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
- Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and maintain litigation calendars
- Prepare discovery responses and organize exhibits for trial
- Support attorney trial preparation including assembling case materials
Qualifications
- 2+ years of paralegal experience in New Jersey
- 2+ years of experience specifically in Family Law preferred
