Job Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials.
* Receive, inspect, and transport incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
* Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipping according to company procedures.
* Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.
* Maintain accurate inventory by scanning, labeling, and recording materials using warehouse systems or handheld devices.
* Follow all OSHA regulations, Company safety policies, and standard operating procedures at all times.
* Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
* Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse operations as needed.
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet productivity and shipping deadlines.
* Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
