Position Overview: The Mailroom Clerk will help sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the company. They will also assist with general tasks as needed.

Essential Duties:

• Receive, sort, and deliver mail to the correct departments within the organization
• Process outgoing mail
• Track incoming packages, log their arrival, and arrange pickups with delivery services
• Monitor and maintain inventory of the mailroom supplies
• Maintain logs and records of mail volume, shipping costs and package tracking
• Keep the mailroom clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with daily filing and sorting
• Assist with other general duties as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as a team member
• Reliable
• High Degree of accuracy and attention to detail
