What You’ll Do

• Install, commission, service, and maintain UV flatbed and roll-to-roll printers across the U.S.
• Structure and book your own travel to customer locations; maintain organized itineraries and documentation.
• Provide hotline support when not traveling (phone, email, and remote tools such as TeamViewer).
• Collaborate with second-level support and engineering teams in Switzerland to drive continuous product improvements.
• Complete service-related administrative tasks, including reports and process documentation.
• Engage in continual learning to develop and maintain strong technical qualifications.

Hours and Travel

This is a full-time, home-based position with regular travel of approximately 40% to 75%. You will make your own travel arrangements and may retain any earned travel points or benefits.

Preferred Profile

• Strong mechanical and electrical foundation.
• Background in installing and servicing printers is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Proven team player with a valid driver’s license.
• Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Curious, technically adept, eager to learn, adventurous, and professional with customers.
