Mood Fabrics is currently seeking an Inventory Control Associate in our Lodi New Jersey e-commerce fulfillment center. The inventory control associate contributes to the profitability of the operation by assisting with and verifying all material movements within the organization and maintaining inventory accuracy in a timely and organized manner.

- Attention to detail
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Notable Computer knowledge (Outlook/Excel/Word)
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Must be able to do heavy lifting (up to 60lbs unassisted)
- Must be able to work standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to learn common product flow and stock keeping unit (Sku) numbering scheme
- Ability to learn Counterpoint (Inventory Control System) – previous experience a plus
- Ability to clearly communicate in English
- Team player
- Flexible - must be able to work Day/Night/Weekends/Holiday shifts as scheduled
- Strong investigation skills a plus
- High school degree required
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization of inventory
- Perform data entry
- Reconcile any inventory discrepancies to ensure inventory integrity
- Investigate material movement history (receiving, putaway, replenishment, consumption to help reconcile inventory discrepancies)
- Utilize Inventory Control System for daily tasks
- Assist with packing inventory to ship to stores
- Escalate all inventory matters exceeding a certain threshold to leads/management.
