Overview

A fast-growing healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company specializing in ABA billing is seeking a highly driven Director of Operations to help lead the organization through its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day company operations across domestic and international teams
• Manage and support client-facing account management functions
• Serve as an escalation point for high-level client relationships and operational issues
• Build, improve, and document operational systems, processes, and workflows
• Help scale and manage growing overseas teams
• Develop training programs, onboarding processes, and performance standards
• Monitor team productivity, accountability, and operational KPIs
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and company growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and operational efficiencies
• Drive execution across multiple departments while maintaining a strong company culture

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operations, leadership, or management experience
• ABA billing, ABA operations, or ABA RCM experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational execution
• Strong systems-thinking and process improvement mindset
• Comfortable managing both people and projects simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in automation and AI tools
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside a company
