Role: Test Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned Test Manager with deep expertise in #SystemTesting, #Automation, and #PowerSystems to lead cross-functional testing efforts within R&D. This role will define and implement comprehensive test strategies, ensuring quality and performance throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies covering #SystemLevel, #Integration, and #ValidationTesting
• Review specs and use cases to align test coverage with product goals
• Execute #Regression, #Functional, and #Performance tests
• Lead go/no-go release decisions based on quality benchmarks
• Maintain test automation frameworks and manage traceability
• Support issue reproduction and root cause analysis with dev teams
• Mentor test engineers, promote best practices and innovation

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s in #ElectricalEngineering or #ComputerScience
• 10+ years leading #Software and #Hardware testing teams
• Strong hands-on experience with #Modbus, #CAN, and #IEC61850 protocols
• Proven knowledge in #ComplianceTesting, traceability, and defect tracking tools
• Expertise in test planning, estimation, and test infrastructure development
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and cross-team collaboration skills
• Experience in #EmbeddedSystems or #IndustrialAutomation domains
