About the Role

CROSSMARK, part of Acosta Group, is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to execute merchandising and product services at Walmart stores. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with in-store products. Training is provided online to quickly get you up to speed, and you’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise, reset, and restock books, magazines, and other in-store products according to planograms
• Build professional relationships with store management and staff
• Upload store visit photos and updates to a mobile application
• Follow all company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple stores per day
• Comfortable using a smart device for reporting and communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with integrity
• Available Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Previous retail or planogram experience preferred but not required
